Visitor Guidelines To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, please observe the following guidelines when entering the Museum:
- Please do not bring food or beverages into the Museum. Eating and drinking are permitted only in designated dining areas. Water may be consumed in public spaces outside the galleries.
- Water bottles, selfie sticks, tripods, long umbrellas, helmets, and hazardous items are not permitted inside the galleries.
- Smoking, chewing betel nut, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited.
- Photography is permitted unless otherwise indicated. Flash photography is not allowed.
- Please do not touch the artworks, except during designated hands-on experience activities approved by the Museum.
- Do not cross gallery barriers or marked floor lines.
- Please maintain a quiet environment in the Museum. If you must take a call, kindly step outside the gallery.
- Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.
- Large items such as suitcases should be stored in the lockers or left at the cloakroom at the Service Desk.
- Please dress neatly and appropriately.
- Sketching or note-taking in the galleries is limited to pencil only. Pencils may be borrowed at the Service Desk.
