Ticketing Information

Tickets may be purchased using cash, credit card, EasyCard, or mobile payment.Each ticket provides same-day admission to both the MOMA Tainan and the Tainan Art Museum.
Ticket Sales Hours
o Tuesday–Sunday: 10:00–17:30 (last admission at 17:30)
o Saturday: 10:00–20:30 (last admission at 20:30)
Valid supporting documents must be presented at ticket validation.Visitors who do not meet the eligibility requirements must bring their receipt and original ticket to the ticket counter for a refund and purchase the correct ticket type before admission.
Visitors who have already had their tickets validated may temporarily exit and re-enter the Museum on the same day by presenting their ticket.
Tickets that are lost, altered, damaged, or illegible will not be reissued. Please keep your ticket safe.

Refund Policy

Tickets that have already been validated are not eligible for refunds.
Tickets that have not been validated may be refunded by presenting the complete ticket and receipt at the original ticket counter before ticket sales close on the same day. Refunds will not be processed after the sales period ends.
Group tickets cannot be partially refunded. To change the number of tickets, the entire order must be refunded and repurchased.
