Private Tours

For groups of 10 or more, please make a reservation through the Museum’s official website at least 7 days in advance.
Group Tour Reservation
  • Tour TimesGroup guided tours are available Tuesday to Sunday: Morning: 10:00–11:30; Afternoon: 13:00–17:00; Saturday: Extended hours until 20:00 (Closed on Mondays). Tours last 40–60 minutes, and actual time slots are subject to the online reservation system.

  • Eligibility
    • Each reserved session must include 10–40 participants. (Groups exceeding 40 will be divided.)
    • Recommended for groups of elementary school age or above.
    • To maintain tour quality, no more than 80 participants per hour may be accommodated across all group tours.
  • Reservation Process
    • Reservations must be made at least 7 days before the visit. For optimal arrangements, reservations 2 weeks in advance are recommended.
    • After completing the online reservation, please confirm receipt of the system email. Your reservation is finalized only after the Museum replies or contacts you.
    • For inquiries or assistance, please call (06) 220-2208 to reach the tour coordinator.
  • Important Notes
    • To change the reservation time, participant count, or cancel your tour, please contact the Museum at least 3 days before the visit.
    • In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure, the Museum may close certain galleries or facilities.
    • If special assistance is needed, please indicate this on the reservation form.
    • For participants eligible for concession tickets, valid ID must be presented at ticket purchase. Providing a group roster is recommended for quicker entry. Visitors without valid proof of eligibility will be charged full admission.
    • To maintain exhibition quality, all group tours must rent audio guide receivers (NT$30 per unit).
Audio Guide Rental Instructions

  • Rental Fee: NT$30 per receiver
  • Group Rental Policy:
    • The group leader must provide a valid ID or NT$1,000 deposit to rent the equipment. The ID/deposit will be returned after all items are checked and returned.
    • Receivers will be issued to the group leader and must be returned collectively by the leader.
    • For optimal audio quality, groups are advised to limit participation to 40 people per tour; actual limits may be adjusted based on on-site circumstances.
  • Usage Guidelines:
    • Borrowers must complete a rental registration form.
    • Equipment will be issued only after registration and payment; please check all devices for proper function upon receipt.
    • Borrowers must return the equipment in person. The Museum will inspect all units before returning IDs or deposits.
    • Borrowers are responsible for appropriate use. Damaged or lost equipment will incur a NT$1,000 replacement fee per device.
Group Tour Instructions
  • Visitor Rules: 
    • Please arrive on time according to your reservation. If delayed, notify the Museum in advance.
    • Groups arriving more than 10 minutes late without notification will have their guided tour canceled.
    • Group leaders must check in at the Service Desk and purchase tickets before entering.
    • Group leaders should brief participants on visitor rules prior to entry.
    • To administer various outreach programs and related services, the Museum must collect participants’ personal information for contact and notification purposes. All such collection and use will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Museum will fulfill its responsibility and obligation to safeguard privacy, committing to use reasonable technical and procedural measures to protect participants’ personal data and privacy. Personal information provided at registration—including name, date of birth, email address, job title, contact number, and ID number—will be properly stored and maintained by the Museum, and will be used solely for activity-related identity verification, statistical analysis, and the recording of learning or accreditation data.
