Important Notes
1. Opening Hours: Tue–Fri & Sun: 10:00–18:00; Saturday: 10:00–21:00 (Closed on Mondays)
2. Please submit tour reservation requests at least 7 days before your visit. Before completing the form, carefully review the Museum’s Group Tour Reservation Guidelines.
3. A reservation is considered confirmed only after the Museum has received your submission and you have received a confirmation reply or phone call.
4. To maintain tour quality, the Museum accepts one group tour reservation per time slot, with 10–120 participants.
5. Please arrive at the main entrance Service Desk 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. If you are unable to arrive on time, please notify us in advance at (06) 220-2208. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may result in cancellation at the Museum’s discretion.
6. During your visit, please do not bring food or beverages, keep voices low, refrain from running, and follow exhibition-specific photography guidelines.
